Job Overview

Our client is looking for an experienced Operations Executive to join their Dry Cargo team. In this role, you will manage and coordinate the operations of voyage and time charters, working closely with clients to ensure smooth shipping processes.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and Coordinate Charters: Oversee the operations of voyage and time charters.

Client Communication: Liaise with ship owners and charterers to ensure smooth voyage operations.

Claims and Demurrage: Manage and resolve claims, including handling demurrage issues.

Charter Documentation: Prepare and draw up charter party agreements.

Ideal Candidate Attributes

Smart, articulate, and has strong communication skills.

Customer-oriented with a proactive approach.

Able to work independently and handle responsibilities with diligence.

Hardworking and detail-oriented.
