Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate efficiency and accuracy in executing daily
  operations process in the short cycle of time
• The main focus of Order-Process team is to support the Indoor Sales Department in processing order and coordinating delivery
• Responsible for different kinds of operational duties and
  functions that are vital for running the daily operations
  system
• Preparation and completion of shipments
• Handle import and export inventory logistics duties, updating of inventory documents, picking; and packing of items
• Process Customer Confirmation Order and prepare
  required documents (Certificates and Marking)
• Coordinating delivery and follow up related issue
  pertaining to the order, ensuring the order is successfully
  complete
• Any other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or any other fields
• At least 1 year of relevant experience will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills
• Proactive, strong communication skills, independent and team player
• Meticulous, resourceful and motivated
• Proficient in MS Office applications
