JOB PURPOSE
To assist and support the Operations Manager to lead and organize site. Operations Team to ensure safety, daily routine, periodic schedule, manpower, machines and equipment are available to meet contract standards and requirements

Primary Responsibility-

Manage and organize daily operations schedule to ensure jobs are carried out effectively-

• Monitor daily sites manpower to ensure optimum manpower to run the operations.
• Manage inventory, machines &/or equipment to ensure the work tasks are carried out with safety & risk management policies & practices are fully in place.
• Leverage technology & automation to navigate, manage & deploy various in-house IT system & 3rd party IOS, eg CTMMS, SmartClean, WMS, etc.

Attend meeting, respond to customer complaints / feedback-

• To analyze and provide appropriate solution to work issue raise by client.
• Respond with fast action on client’s complaint or feedback.

Client Servicing-

• Maintain proactive, dynamic and effective communication with clients at all times.
• Offer flexible and helpful customer service to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and enhanced relationship management with client’s core team members.

Promotes and enforces QEHS and BCM policies, procedures and work instructions in the workplace to ensure compliance and zero reportable incidents-

• Maintain processes and required statutory qualifications to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and local legal obligations.
• To perform incident investigation into an incident arising, & follow-up to close the incident & recommend appropriate action(s) to mitigate &/or eliminate similar incident from recurring.
• Ensure the appropriate communication, understanding and compliance with all relevant QEHS and BCM policies, procedures and work instructions takes place.
• Review sites practices against the requirements of legal compliance regularly and implement a formal process to address any issues arising.

People Management-

• Manage assigned teams of supervisors and cleaners to maintain cleanliness of assigned area.
• Interview interested cleaners and select candidates during recruitment exercise.

Job Requirement-

• Possess minimum Bachelor's Degree.
• Must be able to speak good English.
• Ability to speak Mandarin is advantageous in order to liaise effectively with majority of clients.
• Must be comfortable to work rotating shift.
• Must be independent and self-motivated.
