Operations Executive (From Freight Forwarding) - EAST

• Position: Operations Executive (From Freight Forwarding) 
• Location: Loyang, East Region (STRAIGHT BUS FROM PASIR RIS MRT) 
• Working hours: 5 Working days (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm /9am to 6pm) 
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3200 + AWS + Insurance Coverage + Dental Benefits 
• Duration: Permanent 
• Industry: Logistic

Main Responsibilities:

• Ability to handle documentation for all shipments and plan for collection/delivery in order to meet cut-off timing.
• Preparing and processing of shipments 
• Follow-up with customers on shipment status, building good customer relationship and assist on customers’ request.
• Responsible to close all job files promptly to meet month end closing of accounts.
• Ability to ensure that KPIs are met.

Requirements: 

• Recognized Diploma / ITE preferably in Logistics / Supply Chain / Operations Management 
• Good working knowledge for MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with associates who can only speak Mandarin
