Operations Executive (Govt)

Job Highlights:

Working hours: 9.00am – 6.30pm (Monday to Thursday), 9.00am – 6.00pm (Friday)

Salary: up to $18 per hour 

Contract duration: 6 months (possibility to extension)

Job Description:

• You will work with the team to deliver world class, high impact content.
• In addition, you will support the WCS (World Cities Summit) and MF (Mayors Forum) organising committee in a secretariat/ administrative role such as but not limited to scheduling meetings with internal and external parties, preparing for meetings (presentation decks) and taking minutes etc.

Job Requirements:

• Only Singaporean.
• Minimum Degree in any related discipline.
• Prior experience in related sectors such as meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions and/or events management background would be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.
