Operations Executive / HEALTHCARE / 5.5 days (HMC)

• Planning and coordinating daily clinic operations activities and resource utilization to ensure efficient and effective management of the clinic.
• Supervise a team of PSAs. 
• Supports the clinic to deliver safe, consistently high-quality care and excellent outcomes
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to pilot and implement new programmes/initiatives and support their scale-up and implementation.
• Manage queries and provide partners and potential partners with information.
• Work closely with Operations Manager in planning, implementing and evaluating activities, wellness programmes and community outreach work to assess suitability of programmes for seniors.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum possess of Degree in related discipline
• Good communication skills
• Able to work in a team
