Operations Executive (Inventory Logistics Customer Service) - Competitive Pay

Responsibilities: 

• In-charge of managing the daily operations-related activities. 
• Work closely with the cross-functional teams in sales, procurement, and customer support. 
• Providing ideas for improvement of the organizational flow. 
• Respond to the customers’ inquiries, concerns, etc. and provide them an excellent customer service. 
• Additional tasks as assigned. 

Requirements: 

• At least 1-3 years of Operations Management experience. 
• Good knowledge of logistics, supply chain process and inventory management. 
• Competent skills with reporting and data analysis. 
• Able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
