Project Management / Operations Exp

Job Scope:

Oversee the team in the daily printing operation
Prepare forecasting on yearly production resource planning and stock ordering
Ensure card production / delivery are on schedule and meets quality control requirements
Monitor card stock level
Ensure timely submission of stock status reports
Ensure all internal audit controls are in place and compliance to Audit Requirements
Ensure all SOP manuals are updated to current operational procedures
Ensure that projects are managed and coordinated well between internal and external parties
Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Possess a Degree
Possess Supervisory / Team Lead experiences
Prior experience in Operations & Project Management
No experience are welcome to apply & training will be provided
Good interpersonal and communications skills
