Operations Executive (Terminal, Oil & Gas) - Leading Industry Pay

Job Description & Requirements

• To lead and supervise all operational works that carry out and execute at the terminal such as truck loading operations, inter tank transfer (ITT), all activities of storage tank in the tank farm area and participate in Company Emergency Response Team (CERT).
• To ensure that all operations that carried out and executed are in a safe manner and according to the Operating Procedures and Work Instructions Coordinate with Head Office Business team, surveyors and shipping agents for vessel berthing, vessel discharge, loading operations and other oil movement within the terminal and follow operating procedures.
• Perform routine corrective and preventive maintenance for site improvement.
• Prepare and review risk assessment submitted by contractors and conduct toolbox meeting with contractors to identify hazards before commencement of any work.
• Able to write and review Standard Work Procedure and Risk Assessment
• Plan and implement annual preventive maintenance schedule for equipment and machinery and upkeep the maintenance record including arrange for inspection as per statutory requirements.
• Supervise contractors performing maintenance jobs in the terminal to ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
• Maintain Inventory listing, monitor variances and prepare monthly closing.
• Plan and monitor Opex and Capex spent and ensuring all spent are within budget.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Diploma Degree in Engineering or equivalent

• Experience in supervising fuel operations (road tanker and vessel) and fuel storage inventory management
• Experience in supervising fuel operations (road tanker and vessel) and fuel storage inventory management
• Familiar with Governmental Regulations and WSH Act Regulations
• Able to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Able to perform troubleshooting and confident in deciding corrective measures.
• Able to read and understand instrumentation and control system diagrams.
