Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the operations team, including documentation, record-keeping, and data management.
• Facilitate month-end attendance checking procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Assist in providing logistic support to the ground team, including coordinating transportation, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• Support roster planning and deployment activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and manpower.
• Walk the ground regularly to ensure compliance with operational standards, conducting audits as necessary.
• Respond to ground incidents and exigencies promptly, following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and escalate issues as necessary.
• Serve as a liaison between the company and clients, addressing inquiries, providing support, and maintaining positive relationships.
Requirements:
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Positive attitude with a can-do mentality, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
• Strong customer service orientation, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
