Operations Executives (Ulu Pandan / Serangoon) - Professional Development Opportunities

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsible for the smooth and efficient operations of the properties (Accommodation for Healthcare Professionals)
• Monitoring of day-to-day facilities and maintenance operations
• To carry out operation and workflow of the properties
• To carry out regular inspections of properties and perform preventive property maintenance to keep the property functioning in top condition
• Handle complaints actively and take remedial actions to resolve problems
• Ensure compliance of safety & building regulations and all other statutory requirements
• Support in managing the planning, coordination, and execution of various social events for residents, ensuring client satisfaction, logistical efficiency, and adherence to budgetary and timelines
• Other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Business, Management or equivalent
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience (eg. in student hostel / serviced office operations management)
• Experience in property / facilities management or front desk would be advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Resourceful, good team player and able to multi-task
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
