🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 🏢 Coordinate daily operational activities, facilities, and estate management.

• 🔧 Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance works and follow up on defects.

• 🏫 Coordinate infrastructure upgrading, renovation, and campus improvement projects.

• 🚚 Support campus relocation planning, logistics, and operational readiness.

• 📦 Manage relocation of furniture, equipment, and operational assets.

• 🔐 Assist in security operations, safety inspections, emergency drills, and incident reporting.

• 🧹 Supervise cleaning, pest control, waste management, and environmental services.

• 🎉 Coordinate logistics and operational support for school events, examinations, and ceremonies.

• 📋 Maintain asset inventory, stocktaking, and operational records.

• 🤝 Liaise with contractors, consultants, vendors, government agencies, and internal stakeholders.

• 📊 Monitor contractor performance and service quality.

• 💰 Assist with procurement administration, quotation tracking, delivery monitoring, and budget control.

• 📑 Prepare reports, SOPs, operational documentation, and presentations.

• ⚙️ Ensure compliance with MOE policies, statutory regulations, and workplace safety requirements.

• 💡 Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

✅ Qualifications

🎓 Education

• Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, Estate Management, Operations Management, Rapid Transit Technology, or a related discipline.

💼 Experience

• ✔️ Minimum 3+ years of experience in operations, facilities management, estate management, building services, or institutional support.

• ✔️ Experience coordinating contractors and service providers.

• ✔️ Experience in maintenance coordination, defect management, and operational reporting.

• ✔️ Experience in educational institutions or government environments is an advantage.
