Operations Improvement Engineer

Identify and analyze optimization opportunities within PWF, Assembly (HBM, advanced packaging) and Test operations. Design and implement data-driven solutions to improve production metrics and overall operational effectiveness. Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects focused on process automation and streamlining operational workflows. Develop and deploy globally aligned operations management tools for real-time scheduling and dispatching. Act as a key player in implementing system solutions that support and advance factory automation initiatives. Participate in the development and training of modernization systems for Production and Engineering. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering. Proficient in SQL, Snowflake, Tibco, C#, Python, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Bi, Ui Path, etc. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, JMP, etc. Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable
