Operations Lead

Our client is a Singapore-headquartered global wealth management group serving Chinese high-net-worth families through integrated investment execution, private market allocation, and global family legacy and lifestyle services globally. They are seeking an Operations lead for their growing team.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

1. Support operations across private funds, public funds, structured products, securities, and treasury.
2. Manage daily operations, including onboarding, KYC, subscriptions, redemptions, settlement, and clearing.
3. Oversee reconciliations and cash movements to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
4. Maintain operational controls and ensure compliance with MAS requirements.
5. Support system upgrades, process improvements, scalable operations, and selected US fund activities.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

1. Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
2. 3+ years of experience in fund operations, securities brokerage, or treasury, including onboarding, KYC, trade processing, settlement, and reconciliation.
3. Knowledge of fund subscriptions and redemptions, securities transaction lifecycles, and cross-market clearing and settlement.
4. Understanding of MAS regulatory requirements, operational risk management, compliance coordination, and client protection.
5. Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to develop and improve processes and SOPs in a fast-evolving environment.
6. Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with stakeholders/ clients based in China
