Operations Maintenance Manager - Competitive Pay

Responsibilities:

• Develop in accordance with company Standards, industry best practices, and statutory compliance.
• Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repairs of terminal assets, ensuring continuity of operations and personnel safety.
• Maintenance contractors and service providers are managed to ensure efficient execution within planned resources.
• Plan and manage resources and budgets to meet company objectives.
• Contributing to the development of annual and long-term business plans, forecasting performance against key performance indicators, and estimating financial and resource requirements for performance targets.
• Responsible for managing in accordance with safety, health, environment, and loss preventive policies. Ensure project execution and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Manage and provide support to the maintenance engineers for managing CAPEX projects and providing leadership.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (related)
• With 4+ years of experience in Maintenance in a related Industry
• Good knowledge of safety, health, and environment practices.
• Knowledge of Operations, Safety and Product and Maintenance
