Operations Manager

An experienced and driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, optimize processes, and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced automotive environment. Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily business and operational activities across departments

• Lead and manage operations staff to ensure productivity and efficiency

• Develop and implement operational SOPs, workflows, and process improvements

• Monitor KPIs, operational performance, and business targets

• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, logistics, and aftersales teams

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

• Handle manpower planning, scheduling, and operational problem-solving

• Drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction initiatives

• Prepare reports and provide strategic recommendations to management

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations Management, Automotive Management, or related field

• Minimum 3–5 years of managerial or operations experience, preferably in the automotive industry

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Experience in process improvement and team management

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems

• Valid driving license (Class 3/3A) with a validity and experience of min. 2years
