Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee the daily operations of the platform/business unit to ensure smooth execution of operational activities.
2. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve user activity, transaction volume, customer experience, and overall business performance.
3. Work closely with BD, Marketing, Product, Customer Support, Compliance, and Tech teams to ensure business objectives are aligned and executed effectively.
4. Plan, execute, and monitor operational campaigns, including user growth campaigns, trading activities, retention programs, and incentive plans.
5. Analyze operational data, user behavior, campaign performance, and market trends to identify issues and provide actionable improvement plans.
6. Establish and optimize internal operational processes, SOPs, reporting mechanisms, and workflow standards.
7. Manage and guide the operations team, including task allocation, performance follow-up, and team capability improvement.
8. Monitor competitors, industry trends, and market movements to support business decision-making and operational planning.
9. Handle cross-functional operational projects and ensure timely delivery of key business initiatives.
10. Support management in preparing operational reports, business reviews, and strategic recommendations.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of operations experience, preferably in Crypto Exchange, FinTech, Internet, Trading Platform, or Web3 industry.
3. Strong understanding of user operations, campaign operations, business operations, and data-driven growth strategies.
4. Familiar with crypto exchange products, including spot trading, futures trading, user growth, trading campaigns, and community operations is preferred.
5. Strong data analysis skills with the ability to identify business problems and propose practical solutions.
6. Excellent project management, cross-functional communication, and execution skills.
7. Result-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
8. Good command of English and Chinese is preferred, as the role may require communication with regional and international teams.
