Job Description

Jade Integrated Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee daily cleaning operations, manpower deployment and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise cleaning operations across multiple sites.

• Plan manpower deployment and ensure sufficient staffing levels.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure service quality standards are maintained.

• Liaise with clients regarding operational matters and feedback.

• Train and guide supervisors and cleaning staff.

• Handle staff scheduling, attendance and replacements.

• Prepare reports and maintain operational records.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and hygiene requirements.

• Resolve operational issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply.

• Diploma or Degree qualification preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cleaning, facilities management or operations management.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Possess a Class 3 driving license (preferred but not mandatory).

• Willing to travel to various work sites across Singapore.

Working Hours

• 6-day work week.

• May be required to work weekends and public holidays based on operational requirements.
