OPERATIONS MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of company-wide operational initiatives.
• Develop and implement operational frameworks to improve efficiency, productivity and service quality.
• Establish, review and optimise organisational policies, SOPs and governance standards.
• Drive business process transformation and continuous improvement projects across multiple functions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational and organisational objectives.
• Analyse operational data and prepare management reports to support executive decision-making.
• Manage annual operational planning, budgeting and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and internal corporate governance.
• Identify operational risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Build, mentor and develop management teams to strengthen organisational capabilities.
• Collaborate with senior management on business expansion, restructuring and organisational development.
• Oversee vendor management, procurement and contract negotiations where applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Business, Management or a related discipline.
• At least 7–10 years of progressive operations management experience.
• Proven experience leading large teams and managing multiple business functions.
• Strong knowledge of organisational development, process optimisation and change management.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, budgeting and performance management.
• Excellent leadership, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive organisational transformation in a fast-paced environment.
