OperationsManager reports to the General Manager and oversees and manages theday-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectivenessacross various departments. Strong business acume, knowledge for theindustry is not necessary. Key responsibilities include meeting salestarget, supervising staff, managing budgets, product development and planning.
KeyResponsibilities and Duties:
Tomanage the core activities of the company ensuring meeting sales target, smoothworkflows, and meeting operational target.
To oversee hiring, training and performance management.To address issues brought up by staff.
· Budget Management and Cost Control:
Partof the process to prepare next year’s budget. Responsible for managing currentyear budget and controlling costs.
Contributingto the development of long-term business strategies and setting operationalgoals.
Buildingand maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers,and other departments.
