Job Description:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of company operations, including logistics, warehouse, customer service, finance, and HR.
- Work closely with the founders to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
- Handle overall operation of SME company (approximately 40 employees), providing direction, guidance, and support as needed.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track the company's performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage the company's budget and financial performance, including budget planning, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in all areas of operation.
- Collaborate with other members of the management team to achieve company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Candidate with experience in multiple business management areas / as an entrepreneur previously is preferred.
