Operations Manager (Factory)

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate work activities of service staffs in commercial kitchen establishments
• Work closely with management team to set and implement policies, procedures and systems
• Plan and coordinate the operational workflow to achieve operation targets
• To assign duties, inspect work performed by stewards and to ensure conformance to established standards
• To upkeep site cleaning supplies, consumables and equipment to ensure they are available and serviceable at all times
• To train stewards on tasks and daily routines to ensure quality and efficiency
• To prepare monthly report and documentation for management review
• Undertake any other responsibilities/tasks/shift as instructed by the management

Requirements

• Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in managing a team
• High level of flexibility and adaptability and willingness to learn
• Minimum Diploma with Basic English proficiency
• Able to work in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work on public holidays and weekends
