Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
- Support the department to oversee the strategy and operations of all units within the Financial Counselling department. This includes guiding and governing the ground process's planning, implementation, and sustenance in support of MOH’s policies and the hospital’s priorities.
- Develop and review all work instructions/ SOPs and ensure compliance.
- Oversee and guide the department's Executives, Supervisors and Patient Service Associates to align job meaning and inspire peak performances.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Operations/Service Management or related discipline
- Minimum 4-5 years of supervisory experience.
- Working experience in healthcare services or IT project implementation will be an added advantage
- Experience in leading a team with good leadership and management skills
- Track record in change management
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Able to think strategically and multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
