Operations Manager - Unlimited Growth Potential

Overview

Our Healthcare client is looking for a Manager in the Financial Counselling Department to oversee the strategy and operations, ensuring alignment with MOH policies and hospital priorities. Responsibilities include developing and reviewing SOPs, and guiding and inspiring the department's staff to perform at their best.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and oversee the implementation of strategies in line with MOH policies and hospital priorities.
• Process Improvement: Review and improve work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficiency and compliance.
• Team Leadership: Guide and inspire Executives, Supervisors, and Patient Service Associates to ensure alignment with department goals and to inspire peak performance.
• Compliance: Ensure department activities comply to regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Performance Management: Set performance goals and metrics for the department and monitor performance to ensure targets are met/exceeded.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve department's objectives and improve patient care.
• Training and Development: Identify and address training needs for staff development.
• Quality Assurance: Implement processes to maintain high service standards and patient satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Operations/Service Management or related field with 4-5 years of supervisory experience
• Healthcare services or IT project implementation experience preferred
• Strong leadership, change management, analytical, and writing skills
• Strategic thinking, multitasking, and excellent interpersonal communication
