• Assist in driving digital transformation initiatives within the department.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  
• Coordinate project activities, ensure timely completion, and monitor progress.
  
• Identify operational pain points and recommend process enhancements to increase efficiency.
  
• Develop, maintain and update documentation of project processes ,workflows and procedures.
  

Operational Support:

• Provide backup support for processing tasks when required.
  
• Ensure seamless operations during staff absences, manpower gaps, or peak period volume
  

• Bachelor's degree in business, Business IT, Finance, or related field.
  
• Relevant experience in project management or data analytics. (To delete)
  
• Strong analytical capability, understands operational pain points, and can visualize the entire process from initiation to customer delivery
  
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  
• Proficient in MS Office, VBA, Power BI, Python, MS Access and project management tools will be an added advantage.
  
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI driven enhancement or workflow re-design is an added advantage.
  
• Knowledge of SCRUM, Agile or other project management methodology will be advantageous.
  
• Banking domain knowledge in Consumer Loans is preferred.
  
• Note that this role requires 100% Work in office, based at Tampines/ Punggol
