Operations / Sales Executive (Automotive)

About the role

Join Oohray Group Pte Ltd as an Operations / Sales Executive (Automotive) in the Kaki Bukit East Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing key customer relationships / maintain daily operations within the automotive industry.

What you'll be doing

• To ensure daily operation of rental vehicles, seamless delivery and services to clients
• Assist in rental vehicle's inspection, servicing and/or emergencies such as car accidents or breakdowns
• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the automotive rental industry
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
• Prepare and present sales proposals and pitches to prospective clients
• Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to closing deals
• Monitor and report on sales performance against targets
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve sales strategies and processes

What we're looking for

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and automotive components, with relevant experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated individual with strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
• Must possess Class 3 driving license
• 5.5 days work week
