About the Role
We're looking for a driven and analytical Operations Executive / Senior Executive to join our Allied Health & Pharmacy Operations team. You'll play a key role in driving operational excellence — supporting process improvements, transformation projects, and cross-functional initiatives that directly enhance service delivery, efficiency, and patient experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and seeing projects through from planning to execution.
What You'll Do
Operational Excellence
Plan, coordinate, and execute initiatives that improve workflow efficiency and service quality
Analyse operational data to uncover opportunities for better productivity, faster turnaround times, and improved customer experience
Drive process improvements, digital transformation, and system enhancements in partnership with internal stakeholders
Project & Financial Support
Support project planning and delivery — including infrastructure upgrades, renovations, and system implementations — while minimising disruption to operations
Contribute to financial planning, resource optimisation, and cost-effectiveness evaluations
Coordinate vendor performance, logistics, and inventory activities to keep operations smooth and compliant
Performance & People
Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports and dashboards, and translate data into actionable recommendations
Supervise and support frontline administrative staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and service excellence
Get involved in cross-functional projects and organisation-wide initiatives
What You'll Need
A recognised Bachelor's degree in any discipline
2–3 years of relevant experience in healthcare operations, operations management, administration, or project coordination
Experience in logistics or inventory management is a plus
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights
Good stakeholder management and communication skills
A proactive, hands-on approach and comfort working across teams
