Operations Supervisor

Established Motor Trade Service company requires Experienced Operation Supervisor 

Responsibilities 

• Assist Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations and delivery of customer jobs
• Manage teams of different skilled technicians at various work locations
• Arrange daily manpower according to job requirements 
• Liaise with customers on job planning, progress and completion
• Ensure stocks at each location are sufficient and replenished on timely basis
• Visit work locations, meet customers and understand work conditions
• Resolve work issues and continuously review for feedback and improvement
• Working days: 5.5 days

Requirements

• Able to read and write English and Chinese 
• Computer literate 
• Must have Class 3 driving licence 
• Preferably with some mechanical or electrical knowledge
• Minimum Secondary Education 
• Salary ranges from $2800 to $3200
• Company transport or appropriate transport allowance will be provided
