Option Trader

We are looking for an experienced Options Trader with a strong background in systematic strategy research and trading. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in options trading, with a preference for individuals who have experience in option market making/systematic trading at proprietary trading houses. This position requires flexibility to cover US trading hours when necessary.

• Conducting systematic strategy research and developing trading algorithms
• Executing options trades based on research findings and market analysis
• Analyzing market data to identify and capitalize on trading opportunities
• Managing risk and ensuring compliance with trading regulations
• Collaborating with team members to optimize trading performance

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
• 3-4 years of experience in options trading with a focus on systematic strategy research and trading
• Option market making experience from prop trading houses is preferred but not required
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis
• Knowledge of options pricing models, risk management, and market dynamics
• Willingness to work flexible hours to cover US trading sessions
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
