Oracle Application Specialist (IT)

• Oversee end-to-end implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications across Finance, HCM, SCM, or other relevant modules
  


• Build, deploy, and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  


• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, partnering with stakeholders to map processes within Oracle Fusion Cloud
  


• Diagnose and resolve application issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration failures across OIC pipelines and Fusion modules
  


• Coordinate quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, assessing impact on existing configurations, customisations, and OIC flows
  


• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and FRS to meet business reporting needs
  


• Set up and maintain security roles, workflows, approval hierarchies, and Fast Formulas within the Fusion environment
  


• Author technical documentation covering system design, integration architecture, test scripts, and standard operating procedures
  


• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), conduct end-user training sessions, and provide hypercare support post go-live
  


• Partner with cross-functional teams, vendors, and Oracle Support to escalate, track, and close service requests in a timely manner
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
  


• 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  


• Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, HDL, and at least one Fusion module (Finance, HCM, or SCM); working knowledge of PL/SQL and XML is advantageous
  


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
