Oracle HCM Specialist - N.Tan   

Our client which is a leading FMCG company, is looking for a Oracle HCM Specialist to join their dynamic and collaborative regional team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in designing, developing, testing, configuring, and implementing Human Resources applications.
• Collaborate with HR to enhance HR processes related to HR Application Systems.
• Work closely with the HR operations team and Centres of Excellence to oversee the entire employee journey, including onboarding, offboarding, and managing employee relations.
• Lead strategic business growth initiatives from an HR perspective, including forecasting headcount needs.
• Develop and maintain a data dictionary, system guides, and provide support in training end users on HR applications and enhancement features.
• Conduct detailed Quality Assurance testing to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and provide guidance on HR Systems and related IT processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• Over 3 years’ experience in supporting HR Applications configuration and IT administration 
• Experience supporting and administering Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion)
• Demonstrates strong strategic planning and critical thinking abilities.
• Possesses excellent communication skills and a proven track record of collaborating effectively across different functions.
• Exhibits resilience to stress and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
