Duties:

Process customer orders and arrange deliveries
Invoice billing to customers
Process and arrange delivery returns
Supporting other team member’s role when needed Defective Return
Handle documents and validate PODs
Support audit on sales and delivery matters
Any other ad hoc matters assigned by manager

Requirements:

Minimum O levels and Above
At least 2 years of experience in Order Process/Order Management.
