Working Location: Jurong
Working Hours: Normal office hours
Contract Duration: 6 months
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing the entire lifecycle of orders, from creation to final product delivery, including transactional inputs.
- Requires a deep understanding of systems and supply chain for effective order management.
- Identifying and rectifying transactional order issues.
- Ensuring execution and cross-functional accountability throughout the supply chain.
- Creating operational and customer-driven reports using business intelligence tools.
- Communicating updates to customers.
- Taking a self-driven approach to problem-solving and process improvement in order management.
- Applying a continuous improvement mindset to enhance existing processes.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum degree required, preferably in business or a supply chain-related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in a complex manufacturing setting.
- Demonstrates understanding of processes for ordering, shipping, and warehousing materials to support production and meet demand.
- Exhibits knowledge of regulations related to international import and export, including customs requirements, trade tariffs and duties, and security regulations.
