1. 5+ years in coaching, mentoring, or related fields
2. 3+ years in programme design and facilitation
3. Experience in leadership development or organisational learning
4. Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
5. Analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into action
6. Familiarity with data, technology, and AI tools
