Outdoor Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding Logistics Shipping) - Career Growth Potential

Responsibilities: 

• Actively generate new business opportunities through cold calling, canvassing, and meeting with potential clients. 
• Utilize market knowledge and research to identify prospective leads.
• Prepare accurate quotations for clients, perform rate negotiations to secure contracts while maintaining company profit margins, and diligently follow up on quotation statuses to close sales deals.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients. 
• Understand client needs and preferences to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty, which will contribute to repeat business and referrals.
• Work closely with the Customer Service and Operations teams to guarantee that all shipments are organized and executed flawlessly. 
• Address and resolve any issues that arise during the shipment process in a timely and professional manner.
• Responsible for achieving individual sales goals and KPIs. 
• Monitor account receivables to ensure timely payments from clients, maintaining healthy cash flow and financial integrity in transactions.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to assist in the development of future sales strategies and business development initiatives.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• With at least 1-2 years of Sales experience in related industry. 
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
