Responsibilities
- Able to manage the production of 800,000 units annually
- Familiar with seam tap garment, down jacket and ski wear
- Responsible for the whole management and control of the factory and production operations
- Improve processes and procedures in order to increase productivity and reduce operation costs
- Ensure efficient use of resources
- Maintain a proper safety practices in the production lines
- Co-ordinate different departments in daily operations to improve production efficiency
Requirements
- Min 10-year solid management experience in outerwear manufacturers
- Strong leadership, well production planning and problem shooting skills
- High sense of responsibility and commitment
- Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Station in oversea
