Outlet Executive - DH - Hiring Immediately

Responsibilities:

• Full office administration function
• Basic bookkeeping and accounts, debtors, creditors invoicing etc.
• Manage Petty cash flow
• Attend customer enquiries promptly.
• Arrange and follow up appointments with customers
• Filing of paperwork & data entry.
• Follow up on after sales service.
• Updating payment received into the system.
• Manage workflow and system for the company
• Establish systems and processes to manage administration

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level with 4 passes including English language
• No work experience required, as training will be provided
• Basic excel skills
• Preferably entry level specialized in customer service or equivalent
• Candidates must be willing to work on Saturdays.
