Outlet Manager, Japanese Sushi Restaurant (CBD/ 6 days) - Urgent Role

Our client first established their Sushi business back in 1933 and the legacy has been passed down to the third generation. They are dedicated to bring the best and the freshest delicacies to the table and has always been proud of their customer-centric services for valuing every and each customer. My client has successfully expanded to Singapore market back in 2018, the dining experience is said to be taste bud taking and visually pleasant!

Qualifications & experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in service roles within the hospitality industry
• Experience as a cabin assistant/cabin crew will be considered an added advantage
• Preferred experience in high-end Japanese restaurants
• Able to work during weekends and Public Holidays
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable setting priorities and delegating tasks as needed
• Passionate about service and interacting with people

Tasks & responsibilities

• Oversee operation with focus on sales management, customer satisfaction, operating expenses and shop’s profitability.
• Provide high quality of customer service to customers.
• Have full knowledge of the menu to recommend specific items to customers.
• Assist with rostering efficiently and cost-effectively to match business needs and sales.
• Supervise and train the team in accordance with the company's DNA.
• Enforce and ensure compliance to Company SOPs, governmental regulations, food safety and hygiene standards within the store.
• Ensure sufficient stocks for daily operations.
• Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs.

• Working location: 1 min walking distance from MRT Maxwell
• Working days: 5 - 6 days/ week. Every Monday and one Sunday off every month.
• Operating hours: Tuesday to Saturday, from 12pm to 10:30pm
