Outlet Supervisor/ Assistant Manager (F&B, Cake Boutique)

Job Scope:

• Represent the Fieldnotes outlet in all day to day operational needs, providing excellent customer service and customer care.
• Ensure a neat and nice display of cakes and store cleanliness.
• Planning and prediction of stocks and sales, and managing wastage and ordering from Central Kitchen.
• An outspoken individual open to assisting customers with their queries, and any needs.
• A great multi-tasker, someone who is proficient in cashiering, barista, serving, handling administrative matters including handling customer enquiries via email, telephone, IGDM, and ensuring smooth and seamless pre and post-sales customer service.
• Ensure the smooth operation and efficient manning scheduling of the outlet.
• Ensuring and maintaining customer satisfaction and excellent customer service, especially service recovery.

Requirements:

• Able to work on Public Holidays and Weekends
• 5.5 days work week
• Customer-oriented individual who is able to provide excellent customer service
• High standards for quality and cleanliness of outlet
• Able to multi-task and perform in a fast pace environment
• Looking to grow a career with us long term
