We're looking for a passionate and experienced Autism Intervention Therapist to provide dedicated 1-to-1 interventionfor a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). If you're committed to helping children reach their full potential, we'd love to hear from you!

💵 Salary: SGD $6,000 – $8,000/month
🏠 Fully furnished accommodation provided

⏰ Working Hours

Monday – Friday
🕣 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

💵 Paid Overtime
Occasional weekend support (Saturday/Sunday) may be required and will be compensated accordingly.

🌈 Your Role

As the child's dedicated therapist, you'll play a vital role in supporting their development by:

✨ Delivering engaging 1-to-1 intervention sessions tailored to the child's unique needs
✨ Building communication, language, social interaction, and play skills
✨ Supporting emotional regulation and positive behavioural development
✨ Encouraging independence in daily living and self-care routines
✨ Implementing evidence-based intervention approaches (ABA, EIP, etc.)
✨ Monitoring progress, reviewing goals, and adapting intervention strategies
✨ Working closely with parents to ensure consistency between therapy and home
✨ Maintaining professional progress notes and reports

✅ What We're Looking For

✔️ Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
✔️ Experience in Early Intervention Programmes (EIP), ABA Centres, autism-focused schools, or special education settings
✔️ Experience supporting non-verbal children
✔️ Knowledge of AAC, PECS, Sign Language, or other alternative communication systems
✔️ Ability to develop and implement individualized intervention plans
✔️ Strong observation, documentation, and progress monitoring skills
✔️ Compassionate, patient, and able to build meaningful relationships with children and families
