Packaging Category Manager/ Assistant Manager #JTL

Responsibilities:
• Supports execution of relevant packaging projects for SEA under the guidance of the SEA Packaging Category Manager.
• Oversight of relevant packaging projects within SEA to ensure they are delivered as in accordance with market roadmaps.
• Identify any risks associated with delivering relevant packaging projects by leading resolution of critical issues impacting the projects and subsequently driving decisions to closure, escalating where appropriate.
• Support and report tracking, status and risks for relevant packaging projects
• Balancing cross-functional departments through partnering with key stakeholders that are working against the delivery of relevant packaging projects
• Ability to lead and influence project team members to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work; tries to resolve any issues/challenges directly with team members and escalates to management if needed.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, technical or packaging related discipline or minimum of 3 years in project management within the Food Service, QSR, Consumer Packaged Goods or Pharmaceutical industries.
• Minimum 3 years in packaging-related industry/discipline with demonstrated success in packaging.
