Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily packaging production activities to ensure operational efficiency.
  
• Develop and execute production plans to meet output targets.
  
• Implement quality control measures across packaging processes.
  
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material availability.
  
• Lead, train, and supervise packaging teams to achieve performance goals.
  
• Optimize packaging costs while maintaining quality standards.
  
• Coordinate with supply chain and procurement teams for uninterrupted operations.
  
• Analyze production metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Work Experience Requirements

Education

• Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related field (Typical)
