Paediatric Dentist / Paediatric Dental Specialist

Job Description 

Our multi-disciplinary dental practice is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paediatric Dentist to join our team and support our paediatric patient base. We are committed to providing positive, anxiety-free dental experiences for young patients, offering a full spectrum of care ranging from early interceptive orthodontics to complex restorative treatments under nitrous oxide sedation or general anesthesia. 

In this role, you will collaborate closely with a robust team of general dentists and specialists to deliver seamless, comprehensive family care within a modern, collaborative environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based preventive and restorative dental care to infants, children, and adolescents. 

• Manage paediatric dental anxiety using positive behavioural guidance and minimal sedation techniques (e.g., nitrous oxide). 

• Perform early orthodontic assessments, habit interception, and space management, working closely with our current team of orthodontists. 

• Educate parents and children on oral hygiene, promoting lifelong dental literacy. 

Requirements 

• A recognized postgraduate degree or specialization/accreditation in Paediatric Dentistry. 

• Valid registration and practicing certificate with the local Dental Council. 

• Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic approach to children and families.
