What the day will look like 

The leader will be responsible for driving the delivery of Parametric Solutions to Commercial Risk clients across Asia: 

• Collaborate with Commercial Risk clients and Aon colleagues to design and market parametric solutions, intended to facilitate client decision making and help navigate volatility. 

• Work with account executives and brokers throughout the renewal process to uncover unique but significant challenges that warrant consideration of parametric solutions as a complimentary risk transfer mechanism to traditional insurance 

• In partnership with insurers and Aon colleagues, collaborate on product innovation and the development of purposeful parametric solutions.  Develop strategies to incubate and bring the solutions to clients. 

• Help drive the execution of Commercial Risk priorities including strategic solutions and innovation, thought leadership, and the adoption of risk analytics and related tools. 

• Leads Accelerating Aon United processes through the contribution to large RFP project responses.

Working at the intersection of climate science, data modelling and client strategy, this individual will need leading creative problem-solving skills, technical broking competence, and strong communication and organizational skills to work closely with a wide variety of clients and Aon partners to deliver growth of innovative parametric solutions. 

Skills and experience that will lead to success 

• 8+ years of broking, account management, insurance experience or other transferrable experience. 

• Interest and experience in parametric solutions. 

• Proven thought leadership and analytical skills with ability to provide insight and recommendations via creative solutions to complex problems. 

• Entrepreneurial approach and willingness to challenge status quo ideas. 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business or related field required.
