Part -Time Workplace Safety (BizSafe) & Facilities Officer

CubePay is a Singapore‑headquartered digital payment technology company supporting merchants across the island. Since 2014, we have focused on providing reliable payment operations and practical, on‑site support in real merchant environments.

We are seeking a Part -Time Workplace Safety (BizSafe) & Facilities Officer to oversee workplace safety compliance and facilities management.

This role is suited for someone structured, detail‑focused, and accountable — comfortable taking ownership of safety standards and ensuring the workplace remains compliant and well‑maintained.

Key Responsibilities

BizSafe & Workplace Safety

• Support and maintain the company’s BizSafe certification, ensuring compliance with WSH regulations
  
• Implement and uphold Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) policies and procedures
  
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments
  
• Maintain proper documentation, including risk registers, incident reports, and safety records
  
• Coordinate safety training and required certifications
  
• Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities when required
  

Facilities & General Office Management

• Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
  
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management for office maintenance and repairs
  
• Ensure office facilities are safe, functional, and compliant with safety standards
  
• Monitor workplace conditions and promptly address facilities or safety -related issues
  

Compliance & Ownership

• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  
• Maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance reviews
  
• Take ownership of all BizSafe and facilities matters, ensuring timely follow‑through and resolution
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in BizSafe / WSH and facilities management
  
• BizSafe Level 4 certification preferred (Level 3 candidates with strong experience may also be considered)
  
• Good understanding of Singapore WSH regulations and BizSafe framework
  
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  
• Able to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision
  
• Clear spoken and written English
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  

Working Arrangement

• Part -time role: 2–3 days per week
  
• Flexible scheduling can be discussed based on operational needs
  

Compensation

Compensation will be assessed based on relevant experience, skills, and scope of responsibilities, in line with company guidelines.
