Job Description - Partner Enablement Manager

Partner Sales Enablement Specialist

PTC is looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing and experienced Partner/Channel Enablement professional to join the Sales Enablement organization. This key role will deliver programs to optimize the effectiveness of our Partner Sales Representatives (PSR) in the South RIM & Taiwan region as they engage with our customers and prospects.  

This role works cross-functionally with stakeholders representing many levels of the Partner and Field Sales organizations, developing curriculum and training for PSRs to develop seller skills and knowledge of PTC solutions in line with Sales leadership priorities and corporate objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and deliver Partner Sales Rep onboarding and continued learning, enhancing PSR knowledge, sales skills and productivity.
  • Deliver impactful training and hands-on coaching to PSRs in line with key success metrics, such as quantifiable increase in pipeline development and bookings.
  • Coordinate enablement efforts and initiatives with Channel Partner Managers, Channel Account Managers and Executive Partner and Sales leadership.
  • Measure and report on enablement activities, learning uptake and quantifiable sales results.
  • Communicate comfortably and appropriately with many levels of the company, applying both tactical and strategic thinking to new conversations and business challenges.
  • Actively participate in ongoing enhancement of PTC Sales Enablement delivery, overall.

Preferred Background:

  • Ability to create and present professional, effective live and virtual presentations
  • Ideal candidate will have experience working with software resellers and a strong understanding of enterprise software. 
  • Candidate is capable and willing to travel to countries in South RIM, Taiwan and potentially India
  • Knowledge of Product Development is critical for success in this role
  • Knowledge of how to position CAD, PLM, ALM and/or SLM solutions is desirable.
  • Experience in selling to C-Level executives of Small and Medium Businesses is a major plus
  • Experience in sales enablement/development
  • Must be an effective communicator and have an ability to work well within a “team” environment, particularly within the Sales and Marketing departments
  • Excellent research and analysis skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, where diplomacy, project management, and negotiating skills are essential
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English

  • Master’s degree
