Partner Operations Executive - Ecommerce

A fast-growing Ecommerce platform is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Partner Operations Executive to manage and support a network of service points across Singapore. This role plays a key part in strengthening partnerships with partners, ensuring service excellence, and driving retail performance in a fast-paced environment.

Your new role

• 
  Oversee daily operations and performance of assigned service points across Singapore
  
• 
  Build and maintain strong relationships with partners
  
• 
  Conduct regular visits to service points to ensure operational standards, branding, and service quality are met
  
• 
  Identify opportunities to grow volumes and improve customer experience at retail locations
  
• 
  Support onboarding, training, and engagement of resellers
  
• 
  Monitor sales performance, resolve operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement
  
• 
  Prepare reports and provide insights on service point and reseller performance
  
• 
  Collaborate with internal teams to implement retail initiatives, promotions, and process improvements
  

What you'll need to succeed

• 
  Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field
  
• 
  Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail operations, channel management, or partner management
  
• 
  Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
  
• 
  Self-motivated, highly organised, and comfortable working independently in the field
  
• 
  Results-driven mindset with good problem-solving abilities
  
• 
  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  
• 
  Willingness to travel regularly across Singapore
