About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic, relationship-first Partnership Manager who’s obsessed with dogs and cats and excited to build something from the ground up. You’ll play a key role in expanding our ecosystem—bringing in partners across pet brands, veterinary services, shelters, influencers, and more.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in startup environments: things move fast, priorities evolve, and resourcefulness is essential.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and onboard high-impact partners (pet brands, clinics, shelters, groomers, influencers, etc.)
• Build creative, win-win collaborations that drive user growth and engagement
• Develop and execute partnership campaigns (launches, co-marketing, events, promos)
• Own the full partnership lifecycle—from outreach and pitching to negotiation and execution
• Spot unconventional opportunities and turn them into scalable partnerships
• Work closely with product, marketing, and growth teams to integrate partnerships into the platform
• Track performance and continuously optimize partnership ROI

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine love for dogs and cats—you understand pet owners because you are one
• Enthusiastic, outgoing, and confident in building new relationships from scratch
• Highly resourceful: you figure things out, even with limited structure or resources
• Experience in partnerships, business development, or growth (startup experience is a big plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by fast-paced environments
• Ability to juggle multiple partnerships and initiatives simultaneously

Bonus Points

• Experience in pet, lifestyle, travel or consumer tech industries
• Existing network in pet brands, communities, or services
• Experience working with influencers or community-led growth
• Event or campaign execution experience
