Job Description - Parts Sales Coordinator - Opportunity to Make a Difference

We are in search of a strategic Parts Sales Coordinator to join our growing team at ICG - Inter Island Consulting Pte Ltd in Tuas View, West Region.

Working hours: 8.15 AM to 4.15 PM

Working days: 5 Days 

Working Location: Tuas View Area

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Address incoming inquiries, provide quotations to customers, and follow up as necessary.
  • Input customer orders accurately into our system or online portal, ensuring adherence to customer requirements and timely delivery.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to sales orders, delivery orders, invoices, and other documents with precision and promptness using our in-house system.
  • Coordinate with colleagues, suppliers, and customers to schedule deliveries and shipments.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to handle customer queries and organize efficient deliveries.
  • Manage export processes, including preparing customer documents for freight shipments and coordinating with shipping agents.
  • Follow up on customer payments, including outstanding balances, and update the account/finance team accordingly.
  • Address customer feedback, handle complaints, and provide after-sales support as needed.
  • Forward hardcopy documents to the account department and maintain organized filing.
  • Complete any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager or management team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • GCE O Level/Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent qualification.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales administration or familiarity with billing responsibilities is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, including proficient writing abilities.
  • Demonstrated self-discipline, ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks, proactive in approach.
  • Positive work ethic and a willingness to learn and adapt.
