Passenger Services Duty Manager

📍 Location: ChangiAirport, Singapore

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily passenger service operations and flight handling
• Lead, coach, and supervise frontline staff
• Ensure smooth operations and airline service standards
• Handle passenger feedback, complaints, and operational issues
• Manage staff deployment and special assistance requests (e.g. VIP, MAAS)
• Monitor performance and ensure compliance with safety, security, and PDPA requirements
• Achieve operational KPIs and service excellence

Requirements:

• Proven managerial experience in the aviation industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused with the ability to work under pressure
• Passionate about delivering excellent guest service
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
